These terms govern your use of apply.valori.ae (the "Site"), operated by MIA V & CO LLC, 13727 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177, USA ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.
1. What the Site is
The Site presents Luca Valori and his team and lets you apply for a strategy call about one-to-one ecommerce consulting. Submitting the assessment or booking a call does not create a contract or any obligation to buy. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. No guarantee of results
Figures shown on the Site are revenue and order counts from our own stores, as reported by Shopify, and are not typical. Revenue is not profit. Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of earnings. Results depend on many factors, including your experience, capital, effort, product and market conditions. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Acceptable use
Don't submit false information, someone else's data, or automated or abusive requests, and don't try to interfere with the Site.
4. Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, images, videos, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Shopify, ClickFunnels, Meta and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Third-party services
Booking runs through Calendly and calls may run on Zoom. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
