About Luca
Started in a warehouse. Now operating from Dubai.
I started in ecommerce while working a warehouse job, spent two years making every mistake in an attic, and built from there. Today our team runs stores that ship worldwide, and I share what works with operators who are serious about building.
Over seven years we've recorded 900+ lessons for our Italian community. This is the first time we're opening 1:1 work in English.

Before you apply
Who will I speak with on the call?
A member of our team who works on our stores every day. They review your answers and your store before the call, so the time is spent on your situation.
How much does the consulting cost?
It depends on your store and what you need. We explain the options on the call, only if we both agree it makes sense to work together.
I don't have a store yet. Can I apply?
You can, but 1:1 work makes the most sense once you're already selling. If it's too early, we'll point you to where to start.
How much ad budget do I need?
There is no magic number. On the call we look at your margins and goals and tell you what's realistic with the budget you have, including if now isn't the right time.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Results depend on your product, capital, execution and market conditions. Anyone who guarantees income in ecommerce is not being honest with you.
